Order Policy


To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.


All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days after processing (not including holidays, weekends or order for specialty and out of stock items).  


Shipping fees are non-refundable.  We utilize various shipping carriers, therefore shipping fees may vary depending on several factors including: originating country of your order and merchandise ordered.  Shipping fees are calculated and shown during checkout.  Some merchandise may have free shipping and The VIBELYFESTYLE regularly run specials that include free shipping with a minimum order amount, which will be calculated and displayed during checkout.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier. The VIBELYFESTYLE does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
